His family history in running restaurants plus his science background gave him the opportunity to open his own restaurant in Damascus, MD where his peruvian chicken was welcomed by the active community. The menu gave the picky eaters variety of options to dine and chicken lovers a place to feast upon.
The current menu is serving chicken in so many ways pairing it with fries, rice, vegetables, salads etc., perfect to pair with their ice cold draft beer, red, white or dessert wines. They are planning to research on more ways to expand their menu.
Their success story gained attention to most food lovers and have given great reviews about how good their chickens are. Their side dishes have complimented the authentic taste of the charbroiled chicken. The staff has always been friendly and consistently gets appraisal from dining customers.
